In a world where sports faggotry appears to be pervasive, there are signs that being a sport hating male is becoming more and more acceptable. Personally I think that being a sports fan is exactly on par with reading gossip magazines and giving a shit about the relationship woes of Brad and Jennifer. I have never understood the fascination with devotion to a sports team arbitrarily determined by your geographical location, much less following the trials and tribulations of the sports "stars" themselves.

All that's not to say I don't enjoy participating in sports - imagine what a healthy population the western world would have if people spent half as much time playing the sports that they spend watching them. Why anyone would rather sit on their ass and watch a bunch of goons play a game than play it themselves is beyond me.

So speak up fellow sports haters.

Troll thread started badly and didn't improve.

I don't like watching other people play games. I'll watch futball, or golf when I'm at a bar, but it's just to see moving pictures to pass the time.

LOL I love how a sports fan's first defence to this is "you must be gay". Yeah, I'm gay because I take no interest in beefy men in tights wrestling each other.

Maybe a dance competition is more your style?

Oh, you are from NZ. Maybe fuck some sheep?

The beauty in all of this is that your opinion is as irrelevant as your "country." Let me know when you arent overshadowed by Australia.

I liked watching the world cup, and sometimes local college football, the rest I can do without. I think the thing that turns me off about most sports is the constant stopping of play especially pro sports. I watched the last 10 minutes on the clock of the last NBA final and it took a fucking hour to finish.

Man. You really don't get it. Your brother is better than you, I have no problem with him. :)

If there were anything to "get" you would be able to explain it. Being you haven't even tried, I can only assume you are self-deluded.

Total agreement. You haven't even touched on the various negative impacts (which were discussed in another thread and won't be rehashed).

Where did this douche-nozzle come from? I thought he had been banned.

Maybe his OP and running commentary will be enough for the mods to say, "Enough is enough," and send him away again.
