"Spooler open printing job fail since the USB Share Switch is not running !"

I get the error stated in this message title. I have found only one reference to this online that mentioned to just uninstall the the usb switch software and printing should resume working.....it doesn't. The print spooler service is running just fine as well. There are no errors when restarting the print spooler service. Any ideas? Thanks!!!

I'm also unable to uninstall the HP print software/drive. I get a message about a problem "initializing device manager"? Wierd......Help!
