I just switched the case with a different one. In course of doing this, I put different floppy, HD, CD-ROM, NIC, and sound card. Now, it starts to reboot spontaneously in Win2K.

I had no problem when it was in the old case. All components are exactly the same except the ones mentioned above.
Well, to tell you the truth, it's not 100% spontaneous. It most likely happenes when an applet (especially from Dialpad.com) tries to load and when I do CUT and PASTING of text(no heavy CPU usage (20~30%) at all). Heavy CPU load doesn't cause it because when I ran SETI for a while, nothing happened but when I tried to use it, it happened.

This has been really wasting my time and I've tried almost everything I can possibly try. Below's the spec and what I've done.

Athlon T-Bird 750 (NOT OCed)
256 MB Micron RAM
Nvidia TNT 16MB
Network Everywhere NC100
SB AWE 64
IBM and Maxtor hard drives
Generic CD-ROM
300W Power Supply

What I've done:
1. Changed Power Supply from 250W to 300W.
2. Tried different voltage settings (upping from 3.3V to 3.4V and CPU from 1.75 to 1.8)
3. Tried different RAM modules (all among Micron RAMs)
4. BIOS's been upgraded to the latest.

Thanks a lot.

On Sytems Properties, check the Advance tab and check if you have checked Automatically reboot on System failure.
