Spontaneous Reboots/Missing IRQ (?) Errors

So I decide to get a kingwin awc-1 water cooling kit, install it, see how it runs with my cpu (AMD Athlon XP Palomino 1700+), I install it, put everything back, plug everything back in, it boots into the bios, cpu temps are a little lower, goes to the "Start windows normally, start with last good settings, safe mode, etc." screen, then reboots no matter which one i choose. The temps are cooler than they were before, no leaks (leak tested for 24 hours), but once it made it so far as to show a BSOD saying something about an IRQ error or something. What could the matter be? I did move the sound card from my PC from one PCI slot to another, but that's it. Other than that, it's exactly the same. Any ideas, please let me know. Thanks.

Okay... somehow, it stopped. I disabled Video Shadowing, External Caching, etc. and it started working.

Eh wait, it gets me to the login screen now, but again gives a BSOD with an IRQ error.

Edit: Re-did the Arctic Silver 5 and it cooled off 20 deg C, runs fine now...
