wow, i didnt realize how, i mean, i knew she was intelligent...
but tonight we spoke of the situation in the middle east, and the situation of our socioeconomic classes in our own country (USA)
and she made it so clear, so quickly, about how...the people of Egypt, want democracy, freedom, they dont know what's next, they don't care, they want freedom first, and they have faith that good will come of this if they can get that...
it really made me think... we have this lifetime... we can think about our lifetime, and what will benifit us in this lifetime, or we can think of the big picture..
what would they ask us at the gates of heaven about this? what would they say? is what is happening in this world right now, benificial to us in this lifetime? or the future people beyond our lifetime? should we be pushing for open thinking? or stability now? really, it brought a tear to my eye, this is a pivotal point in our existence, we really have to decide.... and i think this will become very evident very soon, my mother agrees...
