Splitting partition

I currently have 2 hard drives:

1. 34GB (C drive, Windows system drive)
2. 500GB (split into equal partitions of D and E)

I want to take the extra free space from either D: or E:, and copy C: onto it. I want the drive letters to remain as C, D, and E afterwards.

Is this possible, and if so - what software would enable me to do this?

Thanks, will give Reflect a go.

Will I be able to boot from the "new" C drive afterwards, or will that be tricky?

Yeah, thanks... I found a 'spare' 160GB IDE hard drive lying around, so I just used Macrium Reflect to clone the 34GB drive, instead of trying to do partition resizing.

I thought the extra space would solve the hard drive activity issues, but it's still working really hard, 100% of the time. Looks like it's antivirus scanning in the background, but that's another thread...
