Split screen TV display for LAN Parties

Does anyone know of a way to show the action of a multiplayer game (Counter-strike and UT2003 mainly) on a television screen, preferrably with split screen views and stuff? Is there any intelligent 'spectator' mods or anything of the sort? Maybe a mod that can be used in combination with HLTV or something to do this? Please give suggestions or whatever. THanks
