Split DC power

I have a 330w power brick that hooks into my mobo, which has onboard dc-dc power. I'm wondering if there is a way to split that dc power from the brick to a picopsu as well as the mobo, so I can power a GPU with 6-pin pcie power from the picopsu. My system is pretty specific so although I appreciate suggestions, I'm not looking for alternate power solutions (ie a box psu).

The moBo does have an onboard sata power connector, but that's only rated at up to 25W. If I hooked a GPU up to that, it would fry the MoBo.
