Link - Long article about UbiSoft's sales being up and raising their fiscal projections for the year.

Additionally, the company confirmed that the latest title in Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell series, which was previously due for release in the fourth quarter of the current fiscal year, will now bolster the company?s fiscal 2009-10 lineup.

That would have been another one of those games missing at E3. Guess we won't find out about what they've been doing with it until next E3 probably.

This one will probably be a completely different game once it finally comes out. It's been delayed so much.

I had heard a couple of months ago that they were restarting from scratch so you're probably right.

Eh, Double Agent didn't live up to the promise. I am really hoping that the new one (when it finally comes out) lives up to its potential. The early Splinter Cell games were so good. For that matter, does anyone remember the early Rainbow Six games where you actually planned missions with multiple teams and such. MAN! Those games were so much fun.
