I am thinking about picking up those 3 games up from Steam and would like to know if there are any issues. I am new to these games and have only played the Chaos Theory and Double Agent demos which ran fine in Windows 7 but sometimes the full games are different.

unfortunately there is no demo for the original Splinter Cell game. I had heard there was an issue with lighting in the first game but didnt see too many people mention it. also according to metacritic.com, Double Agent seems quite buggy so thats got me nervous. I just dont want to waste 15 bucks and spend time tweaking the games just for them to run.

You can't? It must be a fluke that it worked in Vista and now Windows 7 for me.

well I am hearing from some others too that Chaos Theory and Double Agent arent an prob so I think those two will be fine. I sure hope they are good games though because Double Agent sure has some low user ratings.

hopefully so one can still let me know if the original game is okay or not.

Chaos Theory was by far the best. Double Agent, which I just recently beat, was kinda lame and repetitive...awesome locals and better gfx than Chaos Theory, but thats it...plus yeah, buggy as all get out!
