Splinter Cell 3 EAX Help

Do the BETA drivers for the Audigy 2 ZS work with SC3? I installed the BETA drivers before SC3. I'm not sure if I uninstalled the old ones correctly. And EAX didn't work. I'm reformating now and will EAX work with the BETA drivers?

I would suggest sticking to the release drivers, not the beta ones.
