i am getting ready to call Spirit regarding some tickets we purchased from them off their webiste a few months ago... as it happens, the price of the flight dropped and now i want to see if they will refund our money (am i stupid for thinking this?) or let us fly business class or something.
I am afraid they will just offer us a voucher but i dont plan on flying them besides this coming January.
Has anyone experienced this with Spirit or another LowCost carrier? Is there anything i should say when i call them?
PS...i was looking at other flights that day and some flights business class are not that much more now than what we paid a few months ago.
Am i really niave in thinking they will help us out?
