Anyone found one?

Word of warning: SpireProxy.co.uk is a con do not use! The guy is giving out fake IP addresses and taking money.
 
I've been looking for one since the untethered jailbreak was released. I don't think its wise to pay for one because from what I heard is apple start blacklisting 4s's if there are more than 10 tokens being used. I think its pointless unless someone in your family has a 4s, then you can setup the server and get the new certificate each day.
