Spire notebook backpacks - worth the $$$?

I've heard good things about these bags, but I don't know anyone (and I haven't seen anyone) who actually uses one.

I'm using a Targus carry case right now but it feels just a bit too conspicuous so I'm looking for something new.

NO WAY. Get a notebook sleeve. Go to Amazon and search for Fellowes body glove. The 15" model will fit all 15" and 15.4" wxga lappies. It looks damn sleek and you can put your notebook into your regular backpack. For only $20 it's a hell of a lot better deal than these overpriced oversized backpacks. Mine works beautifully and keeps my laptop scratch free.
