Ok, so i stupidly spilled some pop on my mouse (luckily my keyboard was spared). Now the mouse buttons are sticky and doesnt work well, any way to fix it? I heard u can put a keyboard in a dishwasher and as long as it dries out it'll be fine, but i never tried that before. Could it work with a mouse?

You can easily take a mouse apart with a screwdriver, then just wipe off all the sticky stuff with a damp paper towel/rag.

It comes apart to put batteries in if it's cordless, just pop the battery covers and go to work. If not cordless, just clean off what you can get to - the ball generally is removable for cleaning - please read your manual...

That's a pretty old term. You really don't hear it much anymore. I bet he's from the mid west, or north east.

Edit:
All of the non-electronic parts you can submerge in water with no ill effects. The electronic parts I would wash in alcohol. Maybe put some alcohol in a shallow bowl, and swish it around to get the goo off.

I realized this when I went to WV for a while.

Absolutely NO ONE in GA calls it "pop". Though we know what "soda pop" is, we insist on calling it "soda", "cola", "soft drink", or just "Coke".

When I was in WV, it seemed as if everyone was @#$%ing obsessed with the word and looking for EVERY opportunity to use it twice in one sentence.
