Last night I was applying some of it on my video card for my ram sinks. Unfortunately I got it on the wire traces coming off of the RAM. I got most of it off but there is some that wont budge. Should I try harder? Or should it be ok? I'm just kinda worried because their website says "negillible" electric conductivity. Thanks!

Try using a pencil eraser, goof off, lighter fluid, or saliva.

I used Oops! to get most of it off, but there is some that's sort of under the traces coming off of the chip that I can't get out. What I'm asking is will it be ok if I just turn it on? There was a thread of few days ago questioning the electrical conductivity of AS3 and most people said you could practically cover CPU cores traces and all and it would be ok. Does this apply to the epoxy too?

Whoops, I failed to grasp we were talking about adhesive.....

I am not sure how you would remove that type of residue.

it's not conductive. This is really important since it will be used on the entire surface of a chipset to the metallic heatsink and many other surfaces. Don't worry, it's not conductive. You don't want to stick anything together unintentionally so just make sure that it's dry (did you give it three seconds ;)) before turning it on. It should be fine.

Arctic Silver products are conductive... unless you buy the nonconductive stuff... but I have been in the same boat and cleaned it up pretty good and it worked perfectly. Just give it a go and hope for the best ;)

Their adhesive isn't. It has not to be because of its applications.

Haha, just dunk your video card in a vat of AS Adhesive and make a video brick. ;)

IT SHOULD WORK...before it overheats. :p
