Spike in transfer speed, bad drive?

So far everything appears to be OK with a new WD Blue hard drive. However, when doing a HD Tune transfer read benchmark, I get a downward spike right before the 200 gb position. I have formatted, zero-filled, error checked, and that spike happens at the same spot on multiple transfer tests. During error check, I notice a greater fluctuation of the speed (up and down) than I have when doing error checks on other drives throughout the whole check.

Is this something to be concerned about for a future problem?

No, Don't worry about that. No bad sectors and passes all S.M.A.R.T. tests? Everything is fine. MY HD does the same thing and I've had it for 6 years.
