So my dad calls me into his room to help him corner a critter so he can bag it and chuck it outside. I figure its the usual silverfish, centipede or moth. Nope. Its a spider. And a big one at that. Actually, this is probably the largest wolf spider I've ever seen indoors. Either someone left a window/door open too long, or she's been doing her job inside our house. Either way, I can't stand spiders so I didn't want her around anymore.
I helped my dad corner her and then we coaxed it into a trash bag, which we then tied up and took outside. Of course, I had to grab pics once we released it, so without further ado:
Bagged her!
A bit closer. Notice the toenail clippings and q-tip for size reference!
Macro wasn't working so this one's blurry
Catch and release, we try not to kill 'em! We're using the broom to send her to our neighbor's yard!
