Spiderman 2.1 not really worth it.

It has extra dialogue and some extra action maybe 25 seconds. The elevator seen where spiderman looses his powers and has to use the elevator is completely changed; the original dialogue is removed and replaced with a longer seen but the original should have been left in and by itself is better anyhow.

I don't understand why they didnt leave the original dialogue in for that scene and combine it with the new that way we could at least enjoy both.

Overall I think the first cut is superior. If they had simply added the 25 seconds of action in and done nothing else it would have been better.

I think it's funny that they even advertize that it is "8 additional minutes". It sounds so pathetic.

yeap. its annoying that they are starting to do it.

release the DVD quick then a year or so latter have a special addition, then another and final great special directors cut!
