Spider-Man II (or III!)

Well, with these movies being inevitable, my comic book guru roomie and I started to wonder....if Venom is indeed introduced along the line, who would play Eddie Brock? Similarly, who would play Cletus Kassidy of Carnage fame?

Our ideas so far = Eddie Brock: "Angel" from Buffy, Bruce Willis (10 years ago)
Cletus Kassidy: Steve Buscemi

Any ideas? Help us out!

Venom might be in one of the movies but I doubt Carnage will. Not enough time to build up Carnage as Venoms "son".

unless the next two movies are about them... doubt that will happen.

I also heard something about the film rights for Venom being owned by another company??? so they can't do Venom until that situation is cleared up.

I really thought that was gonna be the case, I knew Doc Oc would be as he was there, but they also mention'd lizard in there too remember who fired him for being late to work again

Plus they are 2 of his classic enemies, do the cool classics first , Lizard is my favoriet bad guy he ever had anyway, so I'm lookin forward to that

it's a given, he's going to find out about his dad being the green goblin..... take where his dad left off... try to kill spiderman... blah blah blah (you know the story)

i'm really just hopeing for a spectacular..... like issues 15-20 or so (give or take a few it's been awhile) of Spider-Man.... there were so many bad guys in the episodes.... sandman, doc oc, electro, vulture, more i think....

man... makes me want to read my comics

Go into the other Spidey threads, that one's is the most given of all, but you have to remember it took awhile before Harry does become HG, they are prolly going to make even more a story of his and Parkers friendship in part 2 and his growing anger for Spiderman, there is a big story there to do. Prolly see Hob in part 3 or if they go that far 4

I was watching the Spiderman special on E! a couple nights before the movie, and someone was saying we'd see cameo's from one, maybe two, villians for future movies in Spiderman 2. The interviewer than said "But no Doc Ock?", and the guy being interviewed goes "Yep, no doc ock"

So it's tough to say. Hearing both possibilities now... I want to see Doc Ock in spiderman 2 though
