Spider Bite...now with PICS!

A spider bit me about 3 weeks ago. At first it was just the two little fang marks (~2-3mm apart). After about a week it expanded to about silver dollar sized (~35 mm) red rashy type deal. Its been like that for about 2 weeks now. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar or if I should be worried about baby spiders crawling out of my abdomen soon? The only spiders I see in the house are little jumping spiders and I've never had a spider bite act up like that before, just wondering if anyone else has had this happen. It doesn't bother me (doesn't itch or hurt) it just looks like I have a strawberry birthmark.

And Yes....I do have Spidey Sense now.

That vid always makes me cringe... but no it isn't puss filled, it seems more ring worm like, not a puss filled freak fest.

Not a Hobo Spider either, I'm in Minnesota and I don't think we have any poisonous spiders. Plus it isn't a boil or dead tissue, just red and a little bit bumpy.

I hate those damn Hobo spiders! I found about 6 of them in my house in the last 3 months. Huge ones too. About the size of a 50 cent piece.
