My wife and I are going to St. Louis for Independence Day/our 1 year anniversary. We have never been so the internet has become our friend.

What are some things we have to do there?

Thanks!

Oh, burn on St. Louis!

pretty much... lol i work in st. louis and am moving downtown in 2 weeks.

Due to flooding, the fair of St. Louis won't be on the landing, it will be a few blocks farther downtown. It's actually going to be across the street from where i work.

zoo, science center, mills mall, forest park, six flags

I have never been to St. Louis so I am unsure of the driving situation. Anything I need to know? I will have a GPS unit with me.

What about crime? Do I have to stress about my car being broken into?

I went to St Louis last year around Independence Day. It was a great time. We had lots of fun at the Science Museum, the Arch, and with the fireworks. They have a 6 flags about 30 minutes or so away too, which was lots of fun. The fireworks there were great.
