Should I spend $600 on a new gaming PC and play new games with my friends or spend $400 on a new keyboard piano and use my free time to learn how to play music?

PIANO! No doubt. Actually no. You need a teacher if you want to play Piano, sure you can self learn but it will take you forever! Private lessons are around £20-30 1 hour.

If not then get the PC ofc.

Get a 40 dollar keyboard because you know you won't actually learn to play it and spend the rest on a pc.

Spend $200 on a used i5 or i7 box and $100 on a video card then find a vintage midi keyboard for $200 and use the last $100 left over for recreational drugs?

the keyboard is less likely to become dated and 'old news' at anything near the rate that your gaming pc is. Without knowing what your income is I would lean towards getting the piano first, then saving up for gaming rig. That is, if you're serious about wanting to learn piano.

$400 on keyboard and $200 on recreational drugs.

Can never go wrong with recreational drugs, while using the piano. It's how you end up composing awesome electronic music. You need really big headphones too.

For PC: Check out Dell Outlet or other places that have refurbished PCs. Computer tech has stagnated for the past 5+ years so even something off lease is still going to be a pretty good machine. Maybe just need a better video card.

We're getting new PCs at work as part of regular life cycle, the new ones are practically the same specs as old ones. It's kinda funny actually.

You can get a piano app for that Smurface.

I know I'd get the computer. Smurface doesn't cut it.
