Howdy,
I have a SpeedStream 5620 Ethernet DSL modem on a network. Where I work we can hyperterminal into the modem (it's a different kind) and play with settings.
I would like to do this at home ... I found a page that says how to ... but I'm unsure of the port used to connect ...

[edit2] Ok, I figured out how to get in ... you telnet to 10.0.0.1 assuming your ip is set to 10.0.0.2 with a subnet mask of 255.0.0.0 --- I'd still like to know about the winpoet keystroke though! [\edit2]
