Hi,
I'm just trying to make sure I understand something: on laptops that support Intel SpeedStep CPUs, the CPU can be upgraded to a speed higher than the the manufacturor lists. But on laptops without Speedstep support, you can only upgrade to CPUs that the manufacturor lists on their website as officially supported by the BIOS. Do I understand correctly?
Thanks!
