Just got a speeding ticket
do u think it will affect my insurance..will i get my points deducted?
it's a fifty something dollars ticket.
What do you think?

It has been a while, but I seem to remember that the points threshold was 14 km/h. If you were 14 km/h or lower over the speed limit then no points. If you were 15 km/h or higher above the speed limit, then points applied.

not sure how Toronto works.......in NJ I got 3 points for turning right on red light and my insurance went up.
