speeding ticket question

a couple of months ago i got a ticket on a main road which speed limit is 30MPH.....the speed he clocked me at was 51MPH

i can not make out most of the ticket.....absolutly nothing on the bottom of the ticket where it says what court and date you have to appear is understandable....also on this part he left the zip code blank

now back to the top part of the ticket....the plate number looks like its missing a number.

also where it says street name its just scribbling of no words....you can not possibly tell what street this happened on

basically im wondering if a ticket like this would just be thrown out in a new york court since hardly anything on the ticket could be made out, including having no idea when my court date was....or am i just high wishing?

i got a letter in the mail saying i have to appear in court in 2 weeks.....im pleading not guilty

i hope they throw it out....or just lower it to a non point infraction and just pay a fine

1) Learn what "illegible" means, and how to spell it.
2) Learn that "ineligible" is not a word.
3) Try the whole thing again.

yeah, I was about to point out the same thing. The pwn3r gets pwn3d.

One thing you can hope for is the cop doesn't remember what he clocked you at, and if it's unreadable on the ticket, then he's screwed since it's just carbon paper. His piece will be just as unreadable. However he can read his handwriting that won't help.
Usually what they do where I live in NY, you get to the court date early, and the cop will come and find you and tell you if he's going to talk to the judge and recommend a reduction. Last time I had one, it was 15 over and they dropped it to a stop sign infraction. So you don't get points on your license, but your insurance still goes up. It sucks, but he did catch you breaking the law. Suck it up, pay your fine, and take a defensive driving class to get that 10% off on your insurance. Good luck.
