I posted a message a few days ago about the new comcast network not being able access either of those websites. I know they are up and working and I can even ping them. Two of my friends who also have comcast can't access the sites either. Soooo, I decided to call tech support to see if I could get an answer or at least inform them of what's going on. Here's the crap I've been through so far:

1.)Was on hold for a half an hour before I spoke with someone.
2.)Finally spoke to someone and he was about a step below Forrest Gump.
3)Waited another 15 minutes to be transfered to someone in Tier 2.
4)I told him about the problem. He goes, "hmmmm, hold on once second."
5)Ten minutes later some lady picks up and says she's from Teir 1 tech support...in Florida(I live in NJ)
6)She transfers me back to Jersey and I wait another ten minutes.
7)Someone picks up the phone and says, "Hello, this is Joe from COX cable. How may I help you?(I have Comcast...)
8)He gives me a phone number to call where I can get help for my area. Great.......
9)I call the # and I just get a quick busy signal....
10)Now I'm back on hold waiting for some neanderthal tier 1 tech support agent to help me.

I hope Comcast gets their fuking $hit together soon. I'm starting to get reeeeeeeeeeeeealy annoyed...
