I've always used Everest for SMART analysis.
This is an example of what I get for my SMART readouts of my Seagate drives.
I've definitely never heard of TA Increase Count though.
Only thing I notice is that the Raw data for Reallocated Sector Count and TA Increase Count are the same thing - 2. I believe that the 2 for Reallocated Sector Count means that, after the drive left the factory, it has acquired 2 new bad sectors. And that drive doesn't look like it's very old, based on the Power On Hours Count. You apparently don't leave your PC on as long as I do though. My hard drives have about 10,300hrs on them, but less than 250 Start/Stop counts.

Everything else looks normal though for a Seagate drive. That Reallocated Sector Count has me worried though. A few new bad sectors may bring company in the future.
Run Seagate's diagnostics software on the drive and see what it has to say.
