I've always used Everest for SMART analysis.
This is an example of what I get for my SMART readouts of my Seagate drives.

I've definitely never heard of TA Increase Count though.

Only thing I notice is that the Raw data for Reallocated Sector Count and TA Increase Count are the same thing - 2. I believe that the 2 for Reallocated Sector Count means that, after the drive left the factory, it has acquired 2 new bad sectors. And that drive doesn't look like it's very old, based on the Power On Hours Count. You apparently don't leave your PC on as long as I do though. My hard drives have about 10,300hrs on them, but less than 250 Start/Stop counts. :)
Everything else looks normal though for a Seagate drive. That Reallocated Sector Count has me worried though. A few new bad sectors may bring company in the future.

Run Seagate's diagnostics software on the drive and see what it has to say.

Screenie of Everest's info

Doesn't say TA Increase Count like Speedfan, but it appears to be showing the same values.

Not good...

And no, i don't leave my main PC on all the time for power/noise reasons.

I try to see what Seagate has for diagnostic software.

I decided to check the info for my old PC (runs 24/7 downloading/uploading etc.).
My old IBM "Deathstar" drive has over 24,000 hrs!
And no bad sectors, with overall fitness of 92% :)

Older freeware version. I was going to suggest going to Oldversion.com, but the domain expired on May 31st apparently.

That Reallocated Sector Count is not good as far as I'm concerned. I liken it to a person putting a hand over a small cut that's becoming infected - "Tis but a scratch!"
