I am using SpeedFan to control my PWM case fans and the software seems to do a great job apart from one issue.
My fans have a RPM range of 600-1400.
My problem is that they do not turn on unless they are at 19% and even worse they reach max RPM at 29%. So I have to work with 10% out of a 100% chart.
It works but it's annoying. Is there any way to correct this?
