SpeedFan giving me odd readings at -12V and -5V...

I have a Vantec Stealth 470W that runs at 28A at 12V it claims.

I have a DFI-SLI DR, OCZ Rev 2, Winchester, Raptor, 200 SATA, single 6600GT and some fans.

Here are my readings:

Vcore1: 1.36V
Vcore1: 1.15V
+3.3V: 3.28V
+5V: 4.84V
+12V: 11:39V
-12V: -9.40V
-5V: 0.32V
+5V: 4.87V
Vbat: 3.06V

Is that ok? 🙁
