Speedfan and Coretemp for a Q6700

I am using both of the utils and have a 10-13c difference in core temps. Speedfan has temps as 33c for the cores and CoreTemp has 45,43,40,46. Which is right and are these temps normal for a Q6700 @ 3.33 (10*333, 1.36v) using a zalman 9500 on a GA-P35-DQ6.

Coretemp is the correct temperature. Your temps are 45,43,40,46.

FYI, the author of Speedfan has been working (very) hard on this issue. He has a beta release on his site that correctly identified CPU stepping and reports the core temperatures accurately. See the beta area of his site to get it.
