Speed Screw for Mobo?

I got a lazy feeling. Would there be anything adverese to installing a mobo with speed screw? How about plastic speed screws?
 
A yes or no would have been good. What's a Chicago screwdriver?Is it similar to a BFH?
Would leave it out of the case, but I'm too lazy to run all the conectors out of the case. Damn, why can't these things come 'no assembly required'😛
