speed reading... any good books, programs to improve reading speeds

has anyone used any good programs or does anyone have a recommendation on a speed reading book

i coudl just read more books but some sort of help woudl be good

yeah man, check out eyeQ. that program seriously does work. you might not think it does, until you actually put it in to practice. which is why most people fail at new things.. because of lack of persistance.... but i'd definitely check it out if i were you. i think you can go to their website to get a free demo version... if it does offend you, the text that they have you read is christian related. i personally enjoy it.. but some people get annoyed by it...
