Now I know how P&N LOVES to speculate about the activities of VP's/VP Candidate's daugthers. So this unconfirmed story of Biden's daughter snorting cocaine is surely to trigger some excellent discussion.
WORLD EXCLUSIVE: Vice President Biden?s Daughter Caught Up In Cocaine Scandal
Is this legal in Delaware? I know many states it is illegal to videotape/record somebody without their consent. Does this sway your opinion of Biden as a parent? So much to talk about I would honestly hope this was illegal, and the guy gets charged with some kind of a crime.
The NY post says she was aware she was being filmed, and saw the video:
"Dunlap and a man claiming to be a lawyer showed The Post about 90 seconds of 43-minute tape, saying it was legally obtained and that Ashley was aware she was being filmed. The Post refused to pay for the video. "
The NY Post is certainly a dubious source, yet these is also strong language, which certainly could be used in a lawsuit if untrue. Much like the "Edwards affair" in the Enquirer, which of course turned out to be true.
---
The previous thread about this was locked because, like this, it is unsubstantiated rumor, not news, which suggests Biden's daughter committed a felony. That is libel. Further reposts without real proof may be detrimental to your posting privileges.
