I want to play games like Youngblood and Control. With high settings (no AF) at 4k, which card would I probably need for almost perfectly consistent 60FPS?

Or, do you think that none of them are powerful enough?
 
with high settings you are fine. to be honest i dont know what those games are but i game on high with 1080ti @4k@100fps usually. but i turn OFF some settings here and there. sometime reflections or shadows will be sacrificed as i am not really playing the game to look at the shadow it only gets viewed by my peripheral vision 😛

For that kind of experience, the RTX 2070 S appears to be the equivalent.
