Question Spectrum Modem/Spectrup Router, SONICWALL firewall

I have a mixed home network with 3 Apple Computers and 5 Windows based computers running W7-W11. That network is comprised of a SONICWALL TZ300 firewall which feeds a 24 port Trip-Lite POe managed switch. I cannot see the Moden or router from any computer on my network so it is impossible to configure the WIFI router to accept a USB mass storage device (i.e., My Book Unit). This is aggravited by the fact that I also cannot see other computer which are on my network and rre connecting to the internet through my network!!!
