Look, a Republican with the balls to challenge the Bush regime!

?When you talk about judges who would change the right of a woman to choose, overturn Roe v. Wade, I think that is unlikely,? Specter said, referring to the landmark 1973 Supreme Court decision legalizing abortion.

Specter sent a note to the White House warning Bush to be careful with his Supreme Court nominations.

Specter is indeed a moderate. Thank goodness he won his primary. If not Jess Sessions or some other knuckle dragging GOPie would run the Judiciary Committee.

I was almost hoping for Specter to lose when the early returns were going against him. He only opens his mouth to get attention and try to get time with the liberal media.

Washington, D.C. - Senator Arlen Specter (R-PA) made the following comments today on the judicial confirmation process.

?Contrary to press accounts, I did not warn the President about anything and was very respectful of his Constitutional authority on the appointment of federal judges.

Sorry, reposted assemblage

Jeff, you mean? We're related, so I guess I drag my knuckles as well. Anyway, care to point out why his knuckles drag, and what exactly you disagree with him on?
