I can't seem to find the specs on the X800 Pro versus the X800XL
agp video cards. All I know is the XL has 16 pipes and the pro has 12.
Looking at retail stores the X800 Pro is still 399.00 and I saw the
X800 XL at BestBuy for 299.00
Can anyone tell me the difference between the two in terms
of core and memory speed and perfomance. A link would
be nice if anyone has one.

cant u do an easy search urself????i dont think googling and finding information on this is that difficult is it??....u have the anandtech website to give u the information...

http://www.anandtech.com/video/showdoc.aspx?i=2290

this should be it....

the difference between the 2 is that the X800XL is 16Pipes at 400MHZ while the Pro is 12 Pipes at 500Mhz....the X800XL performes very similarily to a GT while the Pro is a lower performing part.

ppl are plain lazy sometimes even though the info is all over the net by doing a simple search by google.

I can't believe people don't even bother to check Anandtech's own reviews first. Anyway, the XL is faster. CompUSA or BB or CC has the X800P on sale for $300 this week, but there are still better buys out there (XL for PCIe, 6800GT for AGP).
