pretty decent build

Questions:
1) are you going with a multi-gpu setup?
2) what's your budget?

if you are planning on multi-gpu, i would not go with the 7850
i would recommend either the 7970 or nvidia gtx 670/680

that said, the 7850 is a great single GPU card for OVERCLOCKING
it can generally overclock to gtx 670 stock levels
since you're NOT overclocking, go with an nvidia GTX 670

what 800W PSU are you using?
I don't know of any 800w PSUs from generic brands, but I would like to remind you to NOT go with a crappy generic brand
excellent/good brands: seasonic, corsair, xfx, evga, pc power & cooling, antec
mediocre brands: OCZ (for the most part), thermaltake, coolermaster, etc

if you're going with a single GPU setup, i'd recommend a 400-500W PSU
if you're going with a dual GPU setup 600W-750W
if you're going with a 3 GPU setup 900W-1200W

since you are not overclocking,
if you're going with a single GPU you can go with a cheaper motherboard
something in the $60-$150 price range with the features you want

I dislike multi-gpu setups due to microstutter caused by AFR
supposedly, 3-way SLI/crossfire is supposed to mitigate microstutter though
if you don't notice microstutter then this is a non-issue
