You can get Gaming laptops that come with a GeForce 2060 (which would blow those two old 680's in SLI away), but most people aren't buying those.
My whole premise about gaming laptops being more popular than gaming desktops was kinda off as well. Sure, tons more laptops are being sold now than desktops, but most folks aren't doing serious gaming on them.
I totally called Windows 10 and the new version of Crysis that still has the ability to kill modern hardware, though
