Specs for a *nix-based web server

I want opinions on minimum specs for an Apache Web server on either Redhat 7.2 or Solaris 8. Right now I have a Celeron 500 with 10GB ATA66 hard disk and 128MB PC100 running at 66Mhz. Will that be good enough? This server won't have a heavy load, maybe 250 hits a month or so. I am having a hard time finding ram for this machine since it likes only modules with 8MB or less chips. Most modules made today are 16MB or up.

This should be fine.

I'm running Apache on a 700MHz Athlon and OpenBSD 3.1.
