Specify a program to use a certain network card?

Hey guys! I'm looking to find a way to specify a program to use a specific network card. I have several different Internet connections I can use and I'd like one program to use one connection and websurfing on another, etc. Is this possible with one computer? Is this possible through a virtual PC configuration?

it would be possible with virtual PC, because you can specify network intface for the the virtual computer. Otherwise, the only way would be fancy IP routing or a program level control.
