Special offers question

I would vote no since all the lease offers are based on MSRP? The lease price would vary based on agreed selling price unless I'm mistaken?

Having always been anti-lease I saw this and thought, "what's the catch?"

Looking at the TLX 2.4...
MSRP $32,365 (fairly typical MSRP for the base TLX)
39 months
10k miles - this is the stickler for me
Down payment $5427

So lease pmnt totals $9282
Purchase at end of lease $19419

Total 3.25 year cost: $14,709
Total cost of lease + buyout: $34128

I'm guessing it's the down pmnt they're banking on to carry the low cost of the lease. Then again, they ARE offering 0% for 60 mo too (albeit only up to $25k)
