Anyone else catch this? Just burne.... eh.... backed up this gem. In fact I liked it so much I'll be buying a retail copy of my backup this weekend!
 
ugh, u've seen very few movies eh?
it starts off good, i'll give it that. then they run out of ideas halfway through and it gets retarded fast.
just like the 28 days later one.
 
Pretty solid movie throughout, but it does taper off 3/4 of the way in. But the closing few minutes make up for it by being just plain funny. Not a must see, but a should probably see with the guys or even the wife I gather.
 
sorta OT, but anyone who likes zombie movies should seriously consider checking out the comic series Walking Dead 🙂
 
I think I watched it about 5 times. I really liked it the first time, and almost as much the second time... but then it lost its appeal with me 🙁

People kept wanting to watch it so I kept watching it over and over. I think it was 5 times within ~3 weeks.
 
I liked it... And I think the trailer for it was extremely well done. Towards the end it did get a bit cliche, but the actual ending was great.
 
See I live in the middle of Alaska so there's no way I had to worry about it being overhyped. That would certainly affect my perception of it since it's novelty is large part of the reason I'm enamored with it. Still, funny as hell 🙂
 
I don't recall much hype at all. I've seen a few reviews, but mostly they say it was fun and pleasant, not some masterpiece. I thought it was pretty good. My favorite part of the movie is when shawn takes the big pole with sling-like attachment and tries to swing the sling-like attachment at the zombie, saying "Well, this is rubbish."

No. It actually kind of ticked them off when they found out a new version of Dawn was being released around the same time as their movie since they figured people would think it was a parody of the new Dawn of the Dead. 😛

Why do people find it necessary to brag about how they pirate crap? :roll:

On a side note... "WUSSUP NI**AHZ!!" was THEE funniest line in any movie that I have ever seen in my entire life. Ever. I rolled on the ground laughing. I turned red and couldn't breathe. I was over at Bockchow's house and I thought I was going to fvcking DIE from laughter.
