Obviously losing one's hair is a troublesome thing. People in the public eye feel the need to cover up this loss with some augmentations, even when they don't look realistic at times.

I'll start with Harry Anderson, the guy from Night Court who was also on Cheers as Harry the Hat. His hair always looked a bit fishy to me.

Please name a celebrity who wears such a device, or one you suspect of wearing one. One name per customer please.

I've heard that some of Conan O'Brian's hair wasnt his own. May be totally baseless.

Chris Berman wore a wig for Monday Night Football, I don't know if he still does though since I didn't care enough about any of the games last year to watch the halftime show.

What gets me is that these folks can get the best hairpiece money can buy. Yet sometimes they look horrifying. Doesn't a friend tell them they look silly with that piece of lettuce on their head?

With Conan, you never know because he has a young face. When older guys get ones that have a fake receding hairline, at least they have a chance of being passable.

I thought Jim Traficant had a hairpiece but I found out that it's all his real hair.

That guy is a nut. :)

Shatner's recent spiky hairpiece was particularly ugly (did it inspire Scott Evil's look?). He does seem pretty erratic in his choice of rugs, with at least half looking fake and/or odd.

Sean Connery's have always been tasteful.

Dennis Miller's hair plugs are starting to look a little weird.
