Speaking of bad business......

Has anyone been following what is going on at Dell these day's??!There 4600's are being delayed by 20 to25 business days!! Parts shortage!And thier customer support is horrid!!Is this the same company that used to have a computer at your door in 4 to 5 day's?!I can't Imagine that thier going to be able to keep thier loyal customer base if thier having the kind of problems thier having now,and dealing with it with the attitude of Oh' Well!Would be most interested in others comment's who may have dealt with dell recently:disgust:
