Speakers; suggest me some?

I'm not looking to spend a ton, but I play games, listen to music, and watch some shows/movies on the PC. The sound quality doesn't have to be superb, but an upgrade is definitely desired. I'm looking to spend ~$60 or less.. any suggestions?

$60 on a 5.1 system don't expect miracles. I'm researching since I'm planning to get some speakers in a couple on months time and what I found is (for stereo only): fair $100, better $200, the best $400. For a 5.1 system I think you should pony up $120~$150. Sorry no specific recommendation at this price range.

Logitech has several 2.1 packages that are quite affordable; I just got their Z130's for my bedroom TV and they sound quite good. For 5.1, their Z506 might be an option:

On the other hand, these Creative 2.0s look interesting, and the reviews are largely positive (though double your stated budget):

If you were able to stretch your budget up to $100, there would be a number of good choices. They would sound considerably better than the Logitechs as well IMO.

I've got a pair of M-Audio AV30's now, which aren't bad, but I'm also looking to grab a pair of speakers for a new rig I just put together over the holidays.

I've pretty much narrowed it down to these two:
