Speakers making noise....

Whenever I move my mouse on the screen, or move a scroll bar up and down (for example) noise is generated from my computers speakers. Kind of like a hissing/static sound.

What is the cause of this, and is there a way to fix it?

Yes I'm using the ALC850 sound on my Nforce3 system board. Is it the integrated sound doing it?

This is also very odd, but when a hard drive powers up there is a low "whine" sound that comes from the speakers. The "whine" stops once the drive fully spins up.
