Speakers + Headphones Simultaneously?

Alright, here we go:

I have a crappy set of $25 Altec Lansing speakers hooked up. A cord connects from the green audio out port on my sound card (integrated into my motherboard) to the back of this sub. The speakers are hooked up through the subwoofer via speaker wire, like this stuff:

My old computer I used to be able to "intercept" the single from the speakers into my headphones by just plugging my headphones into an audio jack that was on one of the speakers itself. My new ones don't have that. The remaining ports on my sound card are for surround sound, I think...

What do I need to do what I want? I think I'm looking for an audio splitter/splicer or something? How much do those cost? Would I be able to find one at a place like RadioShack or would I have to order online? Thanks!

hmm looks to be very low quality splitter, but u mentioned ur speakers are crappy so if u dont care. But usually quality splitters are around $20.
